FreshKneaders deals in fresh, perishable food products, therefore returns are not applicable. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

1. Eligibility for Replacement

You may request a replacement if:

  • You received a wrong product

  • Packaging was damaged at the time of delivery

  • The product was spoiled on arrival

Condition: Notify us within 1 hours of delivery with images/video as proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Flours

  • Doughs

  • Batters

  • Chapatis

  • Ready-to-cook items

  • Any perishable product
    These cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only provided when:

  • A replacement is not possible

  • The order was cancelled before dispatch
    Refunds take 3–7 business days to reflect.
