1. Eligibility for Replacement
You may request a replacement if:

You received a wrong product

Packaging was damaged at the time of delivery

The product was spoiled on arrival
Condition: Notify us within 1 hours of delivery with images/video as proof.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Batters

Chapatis

Ready-to-cook items

Any perishable product
These cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only provided when:

A replacement is not possible

The order was cancelled before dispatch
Refunds take 3–7 business days to reflect.
