At FreshKneaders, we ensure fresh, hygienic and timely delivery of all our products including flours, doughs, batters, chapatis, and ready-to-cook items.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across selected locations in Chennai.
Serviceable pin codes will be displayed at checkout.

2. Processing Time

Orders placed before 6 PM are processed on the same day.
Orders placed after 6 PM are processed the next day.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Same-day / Next-day delivery for serviceable locations.

• Delivery timelines may vary based on weather, traffic or high-demand days.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
Free delivery may apply on select minimum order values or promotional offers.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the customer is unavailable:

• Our delivery partner will attempt to call once.

• If unreachable, the order may be cancelled without refund (for perishable items).

6. Temperature-Controlled Delivery

All fresh products are shipped in hygienic, insulated packaging to maintain quality.
